Yes. Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
We can't accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to improper handling — unless the product is defective or was received incorrectly.
If a product has a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item was delivered, VTWELVEA will replace it at no additional cost.
