شروط الاستبدال

• Defective or Damaged Items – If the product has any manufacturing defects or arrives damaged, we offer a free exchange at no additional cost. Simply contact our customer service team with proof of the defect, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.
  العناصر المعيبة أو التالفة - إذا كان المنتج يحتوي على أي عيوب تصنيع أو وصل تالفًا، نقدم استبدالًا مجانيًا بدون أي تكلفة إضافية. ما عليك سوى الاتصال بفريق خدمة العملاء لدينا مع إثبات العيب، وسنقوم بترتيب إرسال بديل لك في أقرب وقت ممكن.
• Exchange for Other Reasons – If you wish to exchange a product for any reason other than a defect, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original packaging intact.
  • The safety lock/seal must not be removed; otherwise, the product will not be eligible for exchange.
  • The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the exchange process.
  الاستبدال لأسباب أخرى - إذا كنت ترغب في استبدال منتج لأي سبب آخر غير وجود عيب، يجب استيفاء الشروط التالية:

  • يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، غير مرتدى، وبكامل العبوة الأصلية سليمة.
  • يجب عدم إزالة قفل/ختم الأمان؛ وإلا، لن يكون المنتج مؤهلاً للاستبدال.
  • سيكون العميل مسؤولاً عن تغطية تكاليف الشحن المرتبطة بعملية الاستبدال.
