Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Which products can't be returned?
We can't accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to improper handling — unless the product is defective or was received incorrectly.
What if my item is defective or the wrong product arrived?
If a product has a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item was delivered, VTWELVEA will replace it at no additional cost.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Payment is made by Cash on Delivery (COD) when you receive your order.
How long does delivery take?

What if my shipping details are incorrect?
