Customer satisfaction is our priority. Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to improper handling, unless the item is defective or received incorrectly.

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item is delivered, VTWELVEA will replace the product at no additional cost.
